5 ways to prepare your home to sell!

1. DE-CLUTTER!Be ruthless! The less on surfaces, the less to dust!
Give it to a charitable organization.
Or an Aunt that loves to jam more stuff in HER basement!

2. WASH YOUR DOOR FRAMES, DOORS AND BASEBOARDS! A bucket and some warm soapy water…it’s a beautiful thing.
That includes your outside front door too!

3. PAINT!It can be the least expensive way to re-fresh a room. Be brave! Worst case scenario you re-paint ( stuffs already out!)

4. WINDOW COVERINGS! Create a flow. Use the same colour and type of window covering throughout.
Looks great inside and out (trailer park chic is soooo last year).
Two inch white wood shutter styles are a favourite (use Faux for less money).

5. FLOWERS! Spend $ 3.99 for a bunch of tulips or whatever other flower is in season. Buy two, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom.
